I watched the AppliancePartsPros.com YouTube cause and repair video and learned about the three reasons that will cause the fridge not to defrost. I tested the system and realized that the heating element is working properly. However, the timer was not advancing and the bimetal did not operate at the correct temperature.
AppliancePartsPros.com had OEM parts. Within two days after online ordering, the fridge was up and running.
