Removing the evaporator cover in the back of the freezer revealed a giant block of ice. Ordered both the defrost coil and bi-metal snap switch. After the ice melted, I was able to troubleshoot and determine that only the bi-metal was faulty. Took a while to tear down the freezer compartment!t
