John H Baltimore , MD June 26, 2015 Front loader washing machine door was sagging when opened continued to use it as it still latched close waited too long as sagging got worse and plastic frame cracked Removed the door at the hinge (3 screws). Removed the screws on the inside of the door holding the three sections together. Found one pin on the hinge broke OFF. Ordered parts. Arrived in 2 days.
