I searched the internet for the part on a Saturday morning, found it on AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered it, and the excellent customer service from an internet company immediately impressed me. An email informed me that it would be shipped Monday, with expected arrival in, on avg., 1.7 working days. A FedEx tracking number enabled me to keep up with the shipment. It was on my front porch early Wednesday afternoon, and installed on my dishwasher within 30 minutes of its arrival.
