Robert D Katy , TX January 02, 2021 Appliance: Model P980BM1BB GE cooktop failure code f152. The site diagnosed the failure code correctly. I used the site Parts Diagram and selected the replacement parts. Since the entire cooktop would no longer function, I had the parts sent overnight and I received them the next day. I watched a couple of U-Tube videos for the radiant element replacement. There was and excessive amount foam tape sent - a huge roll for $33 - 10Ft would have been enough but I have around 40ft left over. There wasn't much description of the tape. Just a GE part#. I couldn't tell if it was anything special or if I could have just went to Lowes. All in all - a very convenient and easy to use site.
