Michael S Owasso , OK March 17, 2014 GE Gas Cooktop Wouldn't Light My problem was intermittent spark and then no spark. My first fix was to give my wife one of those long BBQ grill lighters but after about a week she told me to "FIX IT". After researching the problem on the internet I determined it was likely one of three things: IGNITERS (not likely), SWITCHES (possible), or SPARK MODULE (most likely). I ordered the Spark Module on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday. I was totally surprised by the speed of delivery. Took about 30 minutes to install and all was well in my home again.
