Rosser F Ocala , FL April 23, 2016 Ge microwave thermal overload failed I removed the cover of the microwave (four back Torx screws had "safety" posts in the middle that prevented inserting a driver so had to use pliers to remove) and by visual inspection saw that one of the wire terminals on the oven thermal overload had burned up. I ordered a direct replacement part from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced the part, put a new crimp connector on the wire, and every thing works great now! 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
