Customer Service is fast and similar to what you would expect at Nordstroms. Parts arrived when promised, burners, radiants, and smoker burner installed quickly everything fit fine..no tools. Spent $1600 on parts that saved $3500 on a new grill. One Radiant spot weld failed on first use, and it's being replaced immediately! No problems. It's so rare today to find a company that has outstanding customer service. The folks here get it! And the Grill Works GREAT !!!
