I removed the broken glass and the metal trim frame that holds it, and replaced it with the part that I had ordered from you. This is a simple job. The only problem encountered was that the instructions that I found in your website failed to note that there is simple hinge hardware at the rear of the frame. I also had found a youtube video of a similar model, and it also did not appear to have anything attaching the back of the frame. I had thought I was only going to have to remove the two screws at the front and the whole frame would slide out. Something was holding it at the back, which was simple hinge hardware. It took a few minutes to figure this out, but once I did, and how to get to it, the removal and replacement was easy.
