Removed two screws at the top of the microwave, pull grill out. The tabs on the original grill were almost all broken so it just basically was falling out all of the time anyway. Insert the new grill by its tabs at the bottom first and tilt so the tabs at the top fit in their slots. Insert the two screws again at the top and all is well. This replacement part has additional metal reinforcement where the screws attach so I was happy about that since that was where the main failures occurred.
