We changed the Dryer Thermal Cut off. It took us a little longer to repair it because we weren't familiar with cutting wires and stripping them. The videos are really helpful and take you step by step. Our overall experience was great! Our dryer is up and running and drying our clothes. Not sure what the exact tools that were used. But if you follow the videos it tells you what you need.
