Researched via model # range as well as viewing informative video. Phone call to customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Appliance part was rec'd as was promised, very timely. Part has been installed and all is well. I am so glad I was able to locate the part, not to mention that it was AVAILABLE. Thank You for the service. Because we bend and kneel with difficulty as we are are not young, the replacement was difficult, not because of the product. We did not remove the oven door, which was a factor. Thank you for asking.
