Tried to contact Whirlpool with unsatisfactory response. While waiting for Whirlpool to respond to either my phone call or email, I searched further online and found AppliancePartsPros.com! Phone APP and confirmed the part I needed (replacement ice maker) and then ordered it through the APP website....noting that the price was significantly LESS than what I would have paid by ordering from Whirlpool.
Installation video on APP website was straightforward and allowed me to install the new ice maker in less than 10 minutes without any difficulties!
