Beverly R Gulfport , MS November 23, 2014 Ice would not come out of my door After checking other folks who experienced the same of nearly the same problem on your web site, I diagnosed my problem as needing a new complete auger and bucket assembly. I received the replacement in two days! I washed it out, took my old one out of the freezer. I transferred my ice to the new bucket and it worked perfectly!! The price was good and it saved a service call from a repairman. Super easy and super fast to fix.
