Pulled the old one out, slid the new one in.

I replaced the solenoid, door, spring and bucket. The bucket cracked from ice freezing inside it. Ice froze inside the bucket because the solenoid stopped pulling the door closed which allowed hot humid air into the freezer. While I was in there I replaced the dispenser door, spring and crank because they are cheap and the old ones were moldy. The mold is most likely from the door not closing and causing condensation on the parts as well.

Bought new one

I ordered a new bucket assembly and it came very quickly and the problem was solved. Pulled out the old bucket, cleaned the new one, and put it into place. Easy.

After checking other folks who experienced the same of nearly the same problem on your web site, I diagnosed my problem as needing a new complete auger and bucket assembly. I received the replacement in two days! I washed it out, took my old one out of the freezer. I transferred my ice to the new bucket and it worked perfectly!! The price was good and it saved a service call from a repairman. Super easy and super fast to fix. If a senior citizen lady can do it, so can you!!
