I ordered the replacement part and it turned out there were various models of the LG refrigerator. Unfortunately, the plug wasn't the right size. I called customer service and explained what happened. The rep. explained that because there are different models it can be hard to find the right match. We were on the phone for about 20 minutes and he was able to locate the correct part. The part came in 2 days. I watched their video on how to replace it and was easy to repair. Best customer service experience ever!
