I noticed that the bottom of the plastic bucket was cracked even though it was less than two years old. I called Samsung and they wanted to charge me almost $200. Instead, I found the part at appliance parts pros for half that cost. Since I replaced the ice tray bucket assembly, my ice maker is working perfectly!
