Richard G Indianapolis , IN October 13, 2014 Ice maker would not fill with water I jumpered the water fill valve and determined that valve was functioning properly. I removed the old ice maker and let it warm and dry overnight in case a switch or sensor was stuck. I reinstalled it and gave it a couple days. It still did not fill with water.
