Ice maker was relatively easy to replace following the enclosed instructions. After two days it was still not making ice so we checked for waterline problems. My 1998 Kenmore refrigerator did not have a waterline filter. We called an online repair person and they advised us to check the solenoid at the base of the waterline which controls when the water fills the ice maker.
