I had a repairman come out and diagnose the problem and he said the icemaker was bad and wanted $438 to replace it, I did not want to invest that kind of money in an 11-year-old fridge. I researched your website and found the part for 99 dollars and a well-done AppliancePartsPros.com video of my exact icemaker. The only problem was the video did not show how to replace the wire harness that came with the ice maker. I had to replace it because the old harness was not the same as the new harness. The new repair was a success and I save myself a bundle. Couldn't have done it without the video. Thanks!!!!
