After probing the terminals, L and N on controller , confirmed unit had 120VAC, next using a jumper wire, about 14 awg short pc of insulated wire, jumper T and L to try to initiate a ice sequence. Motor dial slowly spun, and then stopped, so most likely was the Ice Maker Control Module, replacing it was very easy, did not have to remove entire ice maker assembly, and after 2 hrs , ice started to form.
Make SURE you unplug the unit before you do anything mentioned above!
