I determined the problem was either with the motor and module assembly or water/ice water flow splitter. Did quick analysis on line and ordered the motor/module assembly.
Part arrived quickly and I followed the directions to replace as seen on on-line video by Appliance Part Pros. Quick and easy...had ice dropping into bucket within a couple of hours.
