I took the bucket out and realized it was broke. The maker was making ice, but the ice wasn't able to come out through the automatic release. I went online looking for parts. I found your site and found the part I needed (ice bucket) and ordered on Sunday. I was surprised that the part was delivered on Tuesday. I definetly will use your company again if I need any of my GE appliances repaired.
