Ordered the kit designated for my refrigerator and received it within 2 days. No instructions but several you tube videos laid out procedure well. They did not however show the replacement of the wiring harness. Pulled out the old ice maker and laid it side by side with the new unit. Carefully removed the old cable while replacing the new cable. Reinstalled the completed unit back in and encountered the only problem with the replacement. That being the wiring harness would not allow the unit to push back as long as it was attached with the mounting device. Removed the plastic device and tucked the harness into the space at the bottom left. Ice was restored within the next 24 hours. If you take time to carefully replace the cable you should have no problem and save big bucks.
