After troubleshooting, determined it was the fill tube located on the top of the refigerator. I watched and followed the wonderful videos put out on your website. It took me a bit longer to accomplish than they did, but after watching a third video on how to remove the filter cover !@#$#! it was pretty darn easy. It did take me a bit longer as I had to defrost with my blow dryer the intake area and around the ice maker. I felt so accomplished when I heard that first batch of ice being made! It has run without issues for the past week. Thanks for the videos!
