After verifying that the water supply was working and the fill nozzle wasn't frozen, I took the ice maker out and disassembled it. I noticed that the rotary switch contacts on the ejector arm gear were burnt and discolored in places so I ordered a new part. It arrived surprisingly quickly and after installing the new part, I had ice cubes again in short order. The instructional videos are great and helped immensely. APP does everything possible to help. I've purchased parts from them in the past and will continue to in the future. Very happy!
