1) First I did an Online search of problem description 2) found www.appliancepartspros.com website. 3) search of my refrigerator model for parts list / exploded view of ice maker. 4) Watched the EXCELLENT "how to repair" videos available from appliancepartspros.com to understand the disassembly/assembly. 5) Removed "old" ice maker per video step by step directions and determined the ice maker "ice tub" was leaking. 6) Ordered the necessary parts on Friday morning. 7) Received the new parts on SUNDAY (2 days) ! 8) Installed the new parts and reinstalled ice maker that day!
