Replaced parts. Ice making unit took minutes. I also had to replaced the solenoid that changes cubes to crushed. That took a little longer, works great now. The plastic part of the actuator shaft broke. The thing is pretty rugged except for this small 1/8" part that holds the attachment to that shaft. That part of the design is inferior. But I got ice again!!!
