I Googled and found Appliancepartspros.com. I followed the instructions of how to look up my Samsung refrigerator with the model number. When I found the refrigerator, I then looked at the specific part I needed on the parts diagram. I needed to talk to a salesperson and thankfully when I called the 800 number, Tiffanywas there for me, guiding and encouraging me through the process. I received the part in a timely manner, watched a YouTube video and completed the job myself. I did this quicker than a repair person could come out and for a much cheaper price. My husband could not believe it. I'm a 65 year old female with NO EXPERIENCE in appliance repair but now have done my FIRST repair!!! The ice machine is producing ice!
