I ordered a replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com, which was very easy. The first icemaker came in and was damaged in shipping. I simply called their customer service department and a new part was shipped shortly afterwards. I installed the new part, reviewing the video on this website to make sure I didn't do it wrong. Within an hour of installation, my wife heard ice drop into the bin. Oh happy days!
