Had gone without ice for a year. Water stopped working and that was intolerable. Found Appliance Part Pros and a video on how to evaluate the dispenser switches and the ice maker. All I needed was a plate that holds the water and ice switches and an ice maker kit. Totally took about 30 minutes to take apart and install. Used a flat and phillips head screw driver,10mm socket, paper clip and tape (to evaluate ice maker). Ice and Water! Easy!
