After some trouble shooting my husband decided that the icemaker was probably the culprit and ordered a new icemaker assembly. He ordered the part around noon on Wednesday using standard shipping, received the part the next day by 3 p.m. Spent a few minutes installing the new part and we had fresh ice dropping into the bin an hour later.
