Replaced the ice maker with one you sold me. I viewed the video on your web site re-installation. It went just as the video described all except one problem. Once all the screws were removed or loosened, and the wires were disconnected, the unit would come out. I went back to the video and viewed it again and it didn't describe any problem pulling the unit out. After about an hour I went back to try again and it came right out. It turns out there was ice in the water fill reservoir that didn't allow it to come out, and after an hour with the door open it melted enough to let go. Installing the new unit was easy, no problems at all. My ice bucket is full now.
