Replaced the igniter. Slow and steady wins the race. Replacement was easy. There is not an abundance of room to work in. Just make sure to use the ceramic wire nuts that come with the part. They can withstand the heat. You may be tempted to just splice into existing wires and leave extra but this is not the best idea. There should be just enough slack so you don't have access wire hanging around in a hot environment.
