The original igniter on my oven was glowing but not enough to light. Tried replacing it with a new igniter from another supplier and it worked, but only for 6 weeks. Then it stopped glowing completely. Went back and forth with the supplier and their customer service and am still waiting for a response, not sure I ever got through to a person. Very relieved to now have it replaced with a part from AppliancePartsPros.com and that I now have a phone number I can actually call if something goes wrong again.
