Replaced the seal following the video instruction. In regards to the video, I do recommend removing the top to get to the interior latch on the instrument panel, and there is a small screw under the center front of the panel. Be patient attaching the seal and make certain the drain holes are aligned; go around several times pressing into place before putting the clamps on. Also, add more time to the installation as you will want to clean the rim (where the seal attaches), the drain clean out (found buttons and sludgy lint), the detergent hose connection, and around the seams of all the panels. Leave the bottom panel off and run the clean cycle to check for leaks. I placed a paper towel next to the clean out and there was quite a bit of water that dripped inside the frame and from the bottom of the door. After 3-4 loads of laundry the leaking stopped. I chalked it up to the seal being slightly out of shape and needing to adjust to its new home.
