Carole G Wiggins , MS September 10, 2014 Insulation was missing from the underside of the oven pan I was able to obtain the Viking brand insulation through Appliance Parts Pros. Once received, I simply cut it to size, unscrewed the flame spreader from the bottom of the oven pan, inserted it and replaced metal part. Simple.
