Probably could have just replaced the grommets on the condenser motor but chose to replace the motor, grommets and fan blade as I'm somewhat disabled and hard to get down and up off the floor. So for less than $100 I should not have to do that again. Still beats out having to call a repairman and was not that difficult or time consuming (15 min). Video was spot on which made it easy.
