Typically I would use a repair person who tacked on hundreds to assess and install. Much too costly! I finally asked a handyman who had a penchant for "do it yourself" repair and found my way to your site. I was amazed at what was available! Even with having a false start of ordering the wrong burner module, I was able to order the correct part for my seventeen year old stove. I am so happy! Kudos to your wonderful and very knowledgeable sales staff who coached me through the diagnostics and made the issue something doable for a white-haired lady. My stove works again and I am thrilled!
