I noticed that one of the three wheels did not spin like the other two. I checked my Microwave Book and called Appliance Parts Pros and I received the new Rotating Ring Assembly 2 days later. The price I paid was $10.00 less than on the Kenmore web site. Can't ask for better service than that.
