Lewis W Commack , NY November 26, 2019 Kitchenaid refrigerator not cooling freezer was ok Replaced damper control. Noticed it was stuck in the closed position. Ordered part and it came faster than expected. It took no longer than 10 minutes to replace. The problem appears to be corrected.
