This fridge is abou 20 years old and discontinued. A search online lead to two possibilities, thermostat or compressor. After some troubleshooting I confirmed it was the thermostat. I’ve depended on APP for previous appliance repairs and was able to find the part I needed. I noted though that just about every other part that used to be available was no longer. Changing out the thermostat was relatively straightforward but did require removing internal racks. Job was done in about an hour.
