John R Boca Raton , FL October 14, 2016 The large element on my stove top was not working We called and got the serial number and part number from Appliance Parts Pros. They shipped it very quickly. We looked at U Tube for how to do it. After installed the burner light would not go off. We called again and found out there was another switch that might be the problem. they shipped that part which was easy to install and done it is now working. the parts together cost about $100.
