Michael D Flushing , MI July 22, 2014 The latch cdatch was not working correctly Ordered a new latch from you. I used a pair of needle nose pliers and carefully worked the broken one out. A little twisting and pulling trying not to distort the metal housing worked fine. I looked at your video after I had finished and I am glad I did!
