I followed the video!!!! it took longer to clean all the grime out from behind the washer than it took to install the new part. I knew what tools I needed before I climbed over the washer. followed the simplest of directions and how about that my 12 year old LG is working perfectly again. This makes me never want to call a repair guy again! Thanks so much!!
