Did all the easy troubleshooting steps, and then checked the motor. It spun freely so I knew it was probably the Hall Sensor and/or the wiring harness. Removed the rear cover, disassembled the motor cover, stator, and wiring harness. Then I replaced the Hall Sensor. Then reassembled everything and voila, it was fixed. No error codes.
