Did the troubleshooting per the instructions provided by you and several other websites. Took the washer apart and made sure that I didn't uncover additional problems or need to perform any other replacements while I was in there. The unit is now 15 years old and so an economic repair would only be worth trying if under $100.00. (New unit is $500.00) The worst part of the entire repair was Fed-X misdelivered my part to a nice lady a few blocks away. She took it upon herself to deliver the part to my mailbox. I sent her a thank you note. Hopefully I can repay that forward to someone some day. It did take another person to hold the drum in place as you removed the large bolt from the magnet holder casing around the motor coils. Really cool learning experience!
