I had two issues and actually fixed them one at a time. The first issue was the Rotor Assembly was stripped, so I had also bought that part through you. Once I installed that I was still getting the LE error and so the last remaining option was the Rotor Position Sensor Switch. For both installations, I used the YouTube video instructions on your site. They were so clear and methodical that I was able to easily do this repair on my own. It was shockingly simple to follow the instructions and the washer has been working as new ever since. An additional thank you goes out to the support team as well. The first order of the part had an issue with FedEx with the shipping. I called customer support when the part was supposed to have arrived and the team sent out another part to me free of charge. I got the new part within just a few days and a week after that, finally got the original part that I am sending back.
