Walter T Mathis , TX February 15, 2026 Appliance: Model KITCHENAID SIDE-BY-SIDE Leaking ice maker and little to no available ice I ordered the icemaker assembly from Appliance Parts Pros and installed it in less than 15 minutes. Everything I read said that it might take as long as 24 hours for the maker to make ice. Not in this case. It dumped its first full tray in about 30 minutes and has been going strong ever since.
