This part was used instead of part #67001352 to fix my refrigerator. The original part was no longer available. The new part (601002) is functionally equivalent, but the water lines come in at different locations. When I replaced the filter head, the old elbow connections leaked so I also had to replace the elbow connections. They were also out of stock online, but replacements were available at Lowes. It took two tries to get enough pipe tape on the connections so they did not leak, but I was finally successful. In all, it took a couple of days and I had to pull the head off 3 times to get everything working, but it now works great.
